In commemoration of the week of Blindness Prevention, AYUSH Senior Home took proactive steps towards promoting eye health within the community. During the first week of April, we collaborated with the Care on Wheels Team, an initiative implemented by the Impact Guru Foundation in Puducherry.
Together, we conducted comprehensive eye check-ups for residents. This initiative aimed not only to detect any potential eye conditions but also to raise awareness about the importance of regular eye examinations in maintaining overall health and well-being.
Throughout the event, our dedicated team of volunteers and medical professionals worked tirelessly to ensure that each individual received personalized attention and care. From basic vision screenings to more advanced examinations, we strived to cater to the diverse needs of all participants, regardless of age or background. Additionally, we provided educational resources and counseling sessions to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary for proper eye care.
